Glenn has more than 17 years of experience working on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring engagements including receiverships, voluntary administrations (deed of company arrangements), court and voluntary liquidations, personal insolvency agreements and bankruptcies.
During his time in the corporate finance and restructuring industry, Glenn has also gained extensive experience in preparing expert reports on restructuring and corporate governance engagements, including presenting strategic reviews and recommendations to Boards, and providing expert evidence to the Court. Glenn has also led numerous engagements for financiers providing operational and transactional support, asset management and recovery services, and preparing investigative accountant reports.
Working on a large range of engagements has enabled Glenn to acquire the specialist expertise that is required when dealing with a diverse array of distressed assets, people and businesses, and it is this that has shaped his ‘No One-Size-Fits-All’ approach to dealing with complex insolvency and forensic matters.
Given the stress and despair that clients and creditors feel when faced with financial uncertainty or hardship, Glenn prides himself on being forthright, empathetic, and approachable to all affected parties on all of his engagements.
