Creditors

Creditors can access file information by clicking the link found below.  As a means of securing file information, you will be required to enter a password to load files. This password is included on reports sent to creditors. It is also available from the GT Advisory & Consulting Office.

Access to information contained on this web page (and any links thereto) is limited to respective creditors of the relevant External Administrations and Regulated Debtor Estates (and any professional advisor of those creditors).  In order to access this information, you must declare as follows:

“I declare that I am a creditor (or a professional advisor of such a creditor) of the External Administration or Regulated Debtor Estate of which files I am seeking to access, and I agree not to communicate any information contained on this web page (and any links thereto) to any person other than another creditor of the respective External Administration or Regulated Debtor Estate without the express written consent of the External Administrator or Trustee or unless otherwise compelled by law.

Further, I indemnify GT Advisory & Consulting and the External Administrator/Trustee in respect of any liability to which they are exposed in the event that this declaration is false and as a consequence of that falsity.”
